Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions carefully prior to your stay. Particular attention should be given to room location, accessibility, cancellation policy, and travel arrangements.

Bookings
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card, which must remain valid for the duration of the stay.
Where payment has not been taken in advance, the guest remains personally liable for all charges incurred. This applies regardless of whether the booking is made on behalf of a third party, company, or group.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, non-arrivals, or early departures will be charged in full for the total stay.
Please note:
- All discounted rates, special offers, group bookings, and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable from the time of booking.
Travel & Ferry Disruption (Important)
Due to our island location, ferry travel can occasionally be affected by weather or operational issues.
Travel disruption, including ferry cancellations or delays, does not alter or override our cancellation policy.
As these circumstances are entirely outside of our control:
- No refunds or amendments will be offered for missed or delayed arrivals due to ferry disruption
- Guests are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover such events
In many cases, guests may be able to claim compensation directly from the ferry operator. For reference:

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00pm
- Check-out: By 10:00am
Rates are based on the dates and length of stay confirmed at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend planning your journey in advance, including ferry bookings, to avoid any disruption to your stay.
Pets
While we love animals, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets at the hotel. This includes the bar and resturant areas also.
Accessibility & Stairs
Please note that we do not have a lift, and all bedrooms are located on the first or second floor.
Access to all rooms is via stairs only. If you have any mobility concerns, please contact us prior to booking and we will be happy to advise.
Rates & Occupancy
Rates are based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking, per room, per night.
Additional guests may not be accommodated unless agreed in advance.
Keys
- A charge of £50 will apply for any lost or damaged keys
- Please return your key to reception upon departure
Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of any hotel property removed or damaged during your stay.
Charges will reflect the full replacement cost, including any associated delivery or sourcing fees.
Linen & Damage Charges
Any irreparable damage to linen will incur replacement charges:
- Pillowcase - £7
- Hand Towel - £17
- Bath Towel - £27
- Flat Sheet - £27
- Duvet Cover - £27
Fire Safety
Tampering with fire detection systems or firefighting equipment is strictly prohibited.
Any guest found interfering with such systems will:
- Be charged for any costs incurred
- Be required to leave the hotel immediately
- Potentially be reported to the police, depending on severity
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout most areas of the hotel.
While we aim to provide a reliable service, connection quality cannot be guaranteed in all rooms and is subject to availability.
CCTV
For the safety and security of our guests and staff, CCTV (including audio in certain areas) operates throughout the hotel and external areas, including the car park.
